AUTHENTICATION OPTIONS

There are several Authentication options from which to choose while editing your Ballot information.

Ballot authentication for Private elections is necessary because it verifies that only the intended voter may cast his or her own ballot.

We offer five different Voter Authentication methods, providing you with extreme versatility for your election needs.

Login with Email address & Password

Members will authenticate themselves using their email address and a pre-assigned password.

When you send them the ballot invitation email, they click on the embedded ballot-link which brings them to the ezVote website. They enter their email address and password, and begin voting.


Login with Email address & Member ID

Members will authenticate themselves using their email address and their organization Member ID.

When you send them the ballot invitation email, they click on the embedded ballot-link which brings them to the ezVote website. They enter their email address and ID, and begin voting.


Login with Email address & NRDS ID Number

Associations in the Realty business will have there members authenticate using their email address and their NRDS ID number.

When you send them the ballot invitation email, they click on the embedded ballot-link which brings them to the ezVote website. They enter their email address and NRDS #, and begin voting.


Login via Email authentication (VerifyMe)

Members will authenticate themselves via their email account.

When you send them the ballot invitation email, they click on the embedded ballot-link which brings them to the ezVote website. They enter their email address and hit the 'VerifyMe' button. This sends sends an authentication email to that account containing a link that launches their ballot.


Remote Authentication Method

Members will authenticate themselves on YOUR website, which then provides them a unique link specific to them. That link will bring them directly into their ballot on OUR website. This mitigates having your membership's emails on our server.

Login via Email authentication (VerifyMe) with Password option

Members will authenticate themselves via their email account.

When you send them the ballot invitation email, they click on the embedded ballot-link which brings them to the ezVote website. They enter their email address and hit the 'VerifyMe' button. This sends sends an authentication email to that account containing a link that launches their ballot, and an additional link that will allow them to create/change a password for their voter account.

Having a password will allow them to re-enter their ballot and complete it at a later date.


Login with Email/Password -or- via Email authentication

Members will option or authenticating themselves via either a password or by their email account.

When you send them the ballot invitation email, they click on the embedded ballot-link which brings them to the ezVote website. They have the option of providing their email & password, or they can enter their email address and hit the 'VerifyMe' button (which works exactly as the VerifyMe option described above).


Login with Email/Member_ID -or- via Email authentication

Members will option or authenticating themselves via either their Member ID or by their email account.

When you send them the ballot invitation email, they click on the embedded ballot-link which brings them to the ezVote website. They have the option of providing their email & Member ID, or they can enter their email address and hit the 'VerifyMe' button (which works exactly as the VerifyMe option described above).


DOUBLE AUTHENTICATION

For organizations that need the Ultimate in Voter Authentication

Login via Email + Password authentication -AND- Email Account Authentication

Members will authenticate themselves using their email address, a pre-assigned password, and their email account.

When you send them the ballot invitation email, they click on the embedded ballot-link which brings them to the ezVote website. They enter their email address + password. If successful, we will also send them an authentication email to that account containing a link that launches their ballot.


Login via Email + Member-ID authentication -AND- Email Account Authentication

Members will authenticate themselves using their email address, their Member-ID, and their email account.

When you send them the ballot invitation email, they click on the embedded ballot-link which brings them to the ezVote website. They enter their email address + Member-ID. If successful, we will also send them an authentication email to that account containing a link that launches their ballot.
