AUTHENTICATION OPTIONS

Members receive an email with a VOTE NOW button, which takes them directly into their ballot.

The Invitation that you send to your voters is specific (requiring a mail-merge e-blast service) to each individual voter. This requires a little more work for the ballot administrator, but simplifies the authentication process for the Voter, increasing voter participation.

If you don't have a service to send out mail-merged emails, or just don't want to be bothered, ezVote can send send them for you as an Add-On Service.

Members will authenticate themselves via their email account.

When you send them the ballot invitation email, they click on the embedded ballot-link which brings them to the ezVote website. They enter their email address and hit the 'VerifyMe' button. This sends sends an authentication email to that account containing a link that launches their ballot.

Members will authenticate themselves on YOUR website, which then provides them a unique link specific to them. That link will bring them directly into their ballot on OUR website. This mitigates having your membership's emails on our server.

Having a password will allow them to re-enter their ballot and complete it at a later date.
